Temporary tire plug on LR near sidewall just so it stopped leaking for now Recheck repaired area, Reinstall on vehicle. Perform Courtesy Inspection (NO CHG) Reset maintenance service reminder lite as needed. Inspect belts,hoses,tire psi & all fluids. Change motor oil & replace oil filter.Checked DTCS and found nothing, looking at service info and other recommendations, I would start with changing plugs and coils which the customer wants anyways, and while that's apart check the mass air flow sensor for debris and also check the throttle body for the same thing.Vehicle was road tested for quality, and was properly sanitized.Road test Adjusted toe, tried adjusting caster but is fixed.
Does not include extra labor for adjusters or shims. Complete computerized 4 wheel alignment,Adjust caster,camber & toe in front & rear when required.Still play in top part of shaft and in rack. Let cool, marked shaft before removal, removed, found play in top part of shaft as well. Torched and removed bottom bolt, turned wheel a quarter turn, torched and removed top bolt.While hub was out popped out old axle with pry bar, inspected, installed new baxle.On road test after found excessive road noise, rotated tires due to bad chop and noise got much better.Removed tie rods, installed new ones with red locktight, installed boots with new clamps, reinstalled nuts and outer tie rods to approximate locations. Broke inner tie rods loose with wrench and bar. Removed boot clamps, broke nuts loose, removed from knuckle, removed outer tie rods and nuts, removed boots, found moisture in rack.Remove battery cables, wire brush and clean connections and terminals.
